Personally I think it is a screaming BUY here on valuation. No idea what it will take to get it moving, but every Q that IBM reports in 2006 is going to look better in terms of profitability than 2005 since they sold the PC division, and hopefully that will warrant a higher price to sales multiple. I'll post numbers on Sunday if anybody is interested, but on a valuation basis IBM is amongst the most attractive of S&P 500 tech stocks.
