Knocking out Iraq's infrastructure can do that you know.
And not having the knowhow or ability to repair it doesn't help
much.
Then there's the little issue of misguidance of the US budget, creating hardship for those who can ill afford to line his cronies pockets or finance a war based on bs.
You really need to put the pipe down.
