She also had a deck of cards made from human scalp. A friend of mine was a chambermaid for the hired help. She was a prep cook and cleaned the rooms of the help.........Post was quite the old gal. She hid Madame Nhu of Vietnam fame at her estate. Nhu went to the same Dr as I did and I ran into her one day at the office.............the Dr was Dr. Francis Trudeau who is the Dad of the cartoonist creator of Doonesbury........Gary Trudeau. His granddad was Edward Livingston Trudeau of the Tuberculosis fame. Saranac lake was full of curing cottages in the old days. Apparently the clean mountain air helped the lungs of TB patients.
