I dont mean to be a budinsky, but as you know dave, that is one of my favorite hobbies <g> You state "I have more than passing interest in that board for quite obvious reasons. Plus, I've always found it... interesting to read of people suggesting that "the law" says and means things that it doesn't say or mean, particularly when it concerns message boards. " Is it not up to lawyers/judges/juries to determine what 'the law' means and/or make any judgments/decisions? I agree with you that it is not up to message board posters to determine any of this..that is why we have a legal system....but, and no offense, at the same time it is not up to message board posters to determine the above, I also dont think it is up to message board owners/administrators, garbage men, engineers or anybody else to determine the above.....IMO, that is why we have a legal system and in our current system it is the courts/other regulatory agencies and only the courts/regulatory agencies that determine the above....and, every law has loopholes as well....Just my 2 cents worth...which is about the true value of my opinion <lol>
