Yes, I'm paying the penalty for my lack of clarity. What I meant was that the quad break won't do anything by itself to affect the price objective. And I shouldn't make that a declaration, as it is speculation on my part, depending on how StockCharts manages the PO's.

Do you routinely monitor the number of PnF breaks? Is today well above the norm? Even though the indices were down today the average daily change of the 1250 stocks that I track was +0.26%. It might seem a small number, but on a very good day you'll see it +0.40 or better, so today's number isn't too shabby. That's what I call bullish divergence.
