He didn't deflect responsibility, the people of Louisiana who voted in all the democrats who have stolen every penny they could get their hands on since time began, are the ones who turned their backs on the situation. There was more than enough money to fix the levee, but the senators and congressmen and governors and mayors of LA kept stealing it...when it came time to face the music they shifted the blame...democrats are so very good at that. We (as US taxpayers) have paid enough money to have every levee in LA built to higher and stronger specifications...but it the crooked democrat politicans use the money to go on expensive vacations and build new houses, what can we do as tax payers?
