Why don't they just file a FOA request?

The NIST investigation has been completed and it wasn't a classified project in the first place. No one is going to make copies of everything and hand it over to them unless they pick up the tab on the cost to do so, but there shouldn't be any reason why they can't get them.

It's not like the "Scholars for 9/11 Truth" can't afford it. Most of them have been bleeding the 9/11 research community white for years; selling books, videos, t-shirts and coffee mugs.

All blow and no go.
