The key to grubbing is an almost preternatural ability to hit Submit at the exactly the right instant. The other key is to open a few windows, have high speed and hit Submit a lot.
PlayItDown obviously used the preternatural ability method and I used the second method known as many posts.

Many terminals doesn't sound advantageous for some reason.
