KL, He didn't have to tell them to do anything. Those buses were sitting there, gassed up, with the keys in them, but on one citizen had the brains to commandeer on, fill it with 75 people, and drive them to safety. He became a folk hero, and justifiably so. Anyone else could have done the same thing, but all they did was sit on their butts and wait for the government to bail them out, and the knew they had an incompetent Governor, and laughing a stock for a Mayor.
