Correct. Rove 101 is smear to ridiculously (call them the opposite of what they really are, anything under the sun no matter how ridiculous) and try to get the opponent to deny it. Make the smear a news issue and use an army of dirty tricksters to whisper the word around. Also, Rove uses criminal tricks like framing opponents and massive election fraud. He likely set up Dan Rather. And may have uses Diebold machines to fix the election in Ohio. They made sure there was no papertrail, remember? Why else would they insist on that? Make no mistake, Rove is truly evil, and he really is Bush's brain, operationally speaking that is.
