The UAE partly funds Carlyle Group which is the powerful secret private company where the Bushes butter their bread. Also included in this group is the Bin Lauden family. At least they were involved before 9-11. James Baker is the head honcho and he's had his fingers in the energy gouging, the cover up of 9-11 for the Saudi Royals, huge weapons sales, the purchase opf CSX and probably this new UAE ports deal. Baker is partners with a top UAE law firm which handles these kind of deals. Therefore, Baker could have promised GW 100 million if he can close the ports deal. All for themselves, and they couldn't give a damn about their country.
