re LFWK - It's impossible to figure without knowing the variables, which would be value added by the merger + current value divided by the final capital structure.

The share price is low because we know nothing. We have no precise numbers. If we knew that the numbers projected on IHub are real, this would be selling as high as a buck a share.

There is a price for uncertainty, particularly in the pink sheet area.

LFWK - There's a possibility that the r/s could be cancelled. Some people in the know suggest that the r/s announcement was a PPS-killing ploy to wreck the manipulative Shorts who kept taking the stock down; and the Longs who hold or collect may come out like bandits.......

It will be interesting to see what happens. It could always be another "..SPRU-SPRL grade.." r/s that comes off at 1:1 price-wise.
