See, there is that chips again, not chip, chips.
I think Intel is trying to sell us more chips, they have given up on the chip market and will instead focus their time and energy on chips.

People are ready for a shift in the portable paradigm and convergence continues to drive the multiplication of functions, the future is getting ready to launch an assault on the way we perform many basic tasks.

This is my opinion and I have not seen the video referred to in the news release.
