However, if all we did was sell Harpoons and left it to the Israelis as to how they were used, that's another issue entirely. That’s about as hypocritical a statement as I have ever seen. The US has strongly condemned the transfer of missile technology if it was felt that there was even a remote possibility of it being used for nuclear delivery. This has been a major issue with NK, Russia/India, and Russia/Iran. We've even bitten our nose over the deal wrt to Russia and the ISS funding issues. To be exposed now on the subject given our predicament in the ME is going to have quite negative consequences IMO. We'll see.
