it is just you libbers BIASED opinion that the President was disengaged. Are you a mind reader? If he said they were ready...I believe he thought they were ready. I have already shown that he was fully aware of the situation. How about that governor that was claiming that the levees held, three hours after one had failed? But in the end, the President took responsibility for the failures, and if it is up to you libbers and hatemongers, you will not let him get the problem fixed before it happens again....then you all can scream like schoolgirls again.
