YES they did all the time. What are you a kid. Don't you remember the repubs complaining about this from 1960 to 1990. It was one of the reasons I became a republican in 1968. I guess the NY times and CBS never reported it.

There was a democrat comittee chairman Gonzalaes who braaged about keeping the repubs out of meetings. He resign after 1994 when the repubs took over, said it was no fun with out POWER. Where were you ?
