Kerry did not concede right away. He conceded about 6 hours late after he could not prove that enough votes had been stolen, but he knew tens of thousands of his votes had disappeared. He asked "What happened to all my votes?" They were swiped.

Gore also conceded despite alarming evidence of voter fraud in Florida.

Kerry is currently suing for voter fraud intel in Ohio. One of these days he may make what he's found public, but he doesn't want to look like a sore loser. I know for a fact they've been in touch with a Diebold whistleblower who claims the Diebold machines can be and probably were fixed. I have no other details though.
