Mr Bush may be getting a raw deal here because, as we all know, he is not particularly elequent and tends to use very simple broad statements that are all-encompassing instead of being more specific

We all know that and that was my thinking when he said "no one".

No way can he talk like CLinton did, nor even Reagan. Just about everyone in the country knows this too, so it makes me look twice at any snippets that comes from the media.
