Not quite. 6-8 girls from another school were involved. They were denied entry to the school. Still reprehensible. By the way Rohde is being called down by some of his supporters for publishing this half falsehood and thereby endangering the girl and her family.

This is true:
Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the secretary general of the Organization of the Islamic Conference wrote to Anders Fogh Rasmussen 3 days after the 11 ambassadors were denied a meeting with Fogh Rasmussen. In it he pointed out that not only were the cartoons a problem but also statements by the minister of culture("...minorities ... dark age culture", Louise Frevert's website that called Muslims a cancer, and Radio Holger that wants Muslims exterminated. He wrote that it was with deep sorrow and worry that there is a continuing smear campaign by various public constituencies and media against Muslims in Denmark.

Fogh Rasmussen kept the letter secret for 4 months. It was released to the Danish parliament's committee on foreign policy when the newspaper Politiken announced that it would publish an interview with Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu.
