I never have problems with insider selling if it is done in such a way so as to NOT create a perception of impropriety. I believe we all have that right to sell stock we have bought on the open market or through placements. Stock options are quite another issue. Remember it is illegal to act upon inside information.

As far as a buyout is concerned I am now concerned that management has shown us their underbelly and they will only concern themselves with putting money in their pockets. I hope my opinion is wrong. When these questions are put to them maybe they will assure us.
