Kerry is definitely going to address 2004, but not until he's announcing he's running. He has addressed Ohio voter fraud issues and smear campaigns since the election. But it's very tricky. You don't want to come off as a "sore loser" until you have all the evidence you need to prove the crimes to the press and the people.

One thing I've been pointing out to Kerry's guy is that The DElay Foundation made or is making a 26 million dollar payment to Perry Homes, supposed for a headquarters building. Perry Homes was the original bankroller of the smearvets, owned by a long-time rightwing benefactor and zealot. Delay's payment could be a reimbursement. It sounds like too much for a headquarters building. But to get to the truth, Ronn ie Earle's investigation will have to be sucessful.

Kerry is also suing in Ohio for intel, but I don't know the details. Stay tuned. Kerry has never given up the fight.
