You want to pretend that Israel doesn't have any nukes. Does ANYONE ( other than you ) think that, including the IAEA?

I'm not pretending about anything.. And I'm sorry that you can't understand plain english, or have deliberatly chosen to twist my words. I never stated that Israel doesn't have nuclear weapons. But I have no HARD FACTUAL EVIDENCE that they exist, or are a clever disinformation campaign, so LEGALLY, we cannot treat them as if they do have them until such evidence is either officially confirmed, or they actually use them.

And outside of the verbal testimony of one Israeli scientist, there are no hard facts available about whether or not Israel has nuclear weapons (thought I personally have little doubt they exist).

Thus, without such facts, there is no legal standing, nor any authority to investigate Israel's nuclear program because they are NOT a signator of the NPT.

All you have provided is supposition and guesses about what Israel does, or doesn't, have with regard to nukes.
