I'm in Mish's camp on that one and my property has gone up a lot too. I just know it is all a scam unlike most people in the game.. Funny to see so many fellow Floridians so giddy from all this nonsense that are just like Tradelite. It's as if all this validates their investment prowess or desireability of the community they live in.. Kind of like talking to an employee of JDSU in spring 2000 with a ton of stock in the company<g>..
