One of my Hawaii friends says that one of his favorite activities is to get behind tourists driving in a convertible with the top down. He works in Honolulu and lives on the northside. When it rains on the northside it is usually sunny on the southside. He follows the top down convertible through the tunnel to the northside. He gets a big laugh when he sees these guys come out of the tunnel into the rain. He tells me that only tourists use convertibles.
