News from last august is that the SEC has been investigating Cardinal AND Milberg Weiss. Do you dispute that? You didn't explain what you thought I misreported.

Hey, since potential losses of 80 million were at stake if Terayon didn't drop, perhaps it's understandable that you lied by writing that Terayon didn't sell any DOCSIS products. But it wasn't legal of you to do. If YOU held the short position you claimed to hold, then regardless of your, ahhh, potential lack of connection to those worried over 80 million in losses, then I know you are guilty as sin, obviously.

Yes, Milberg and Cardinal and lawyers say all the negative information told about Terayon was true. I know that YOUR negative report on Terayon was NOT true. You've never made a case to show otherwise, because you can't. All you can do is say Terayon is bad, you called it right, and I'm an ass. Trouble is, that avoids the issue, which has been your trademark on this one.

I might add that you've provided a link which discusses a restating of financials for 2004 and half of 2005. This is wholly seperate and has no bearing on the prior suit, or the SEC's investigation into short-sellers in that case.
