Katherine Harris definitely erased the hard-drives just as democratic lawyers were trying to get them seized to be examined for voter fraud. And there was plenty of Bushie voter fraud in Florida 2000. Plenty. Big-time stuff. To see the criminality in this, you have to forget about party politics and remember that it is THE PEOPLE who get to decide who their leaders are, not some partisan operative like Harris. That's why this was criminal and why Delay's redistricting was criminal. They were both meant to remove from the American People the right to choose their own leadership.
