No, Cheney totally lied. Atta was in the US at the time Cheney lied and claimed he met with Iraqi intel in Prague. That is very clear-cut. There is not a shred of evidence anywhere that Saddam had anything to do with Al Qaida. In fact they were an enemy of Saddam's. Saddam would have killed them if they'd tried to move into his country.

Plus, I happened to have been in Prague when that story came out in the Prague Post. Czech officials debunked it completely. Cheney knew it was a phony story but repeated it anyway in order to hoodwink the American People.

Cheney should be tried for treason for getting us into that awful stupid war. Especially since his own company was the biggest profiteer.
