Cheney's at 18%...Bush could go lower. That last poll was taken before the Katrina video where top FEMA staff were briefing Bush on the likely hood of the levies failing...then Bush says: Who would have thought that levies would fail? Well...isn't that what Condi Rice told the 9-11 commission: Who would have thought that commercial aircraft could be used as a weapon? This even though the military have been drilling for years for that very same thing...in fact they were doing a drill on 9-11 for that very same thing. Orca
