That's murder any way you look at it." I agree with you. Abortion, at any point, is one of the most horrible choices that a women may have to make. But I still support a woman's right to chose whether or not she wants to bear a child. There are also some circumstances which are worse than death to the mother, like in the case of rape. What woman, in her right mind, would want her DNA combined with a rapist's DNA, and have to share a child with a despicable human? No one has the right to force a woman to, forever, mutilate future generations of her own DNA? Santiago, you also posted: "What is society doing to create baby killers? Is the almighty dollar more important than life itself?" This is about individual rights and the privacy of the individual. If this country opens the door to limiting the freedom of women in this important life altering decision, what is going to be next? Will government then pass a law that prohibits all forms of sexual conduct unless it is for conception? Or..... will the slippery slope take us down the path where the government forces certain women to become impregnated? Once you get a government which has complete control over individual rights and privacy, anything is possible. Remember...... we had an idiot in the White House named Carter at one time!
