rrufff, you are taking posts far too seriously. Lighten up...and have fun.

There is not a person on this thread that does not know that the facts of the case and the sentencing guidelines will determine the sentence.

In the meantime, we can on this thread have fun comparing his potential life sentence to anyone else's. You are clear that you disagree that it is logical. It is so absurd that of course it is not logical. What we write on this thread has so little meaning...some people get confused by that point.

I look forward to your serious posts on this matter.

It comes down, in my own opinion, to the specific facts of the case (all the conviction counts,) the extent of acceptance of his own actions, the extent of his feeling "sorry" for his own actions or at least taking responsibility for his own actions, the extent to which he is perceived as someone who will attempt to job the system (including the judicial process.)
