Alright...your right. But here's the problem. I spoke to Mark on the phone after this PR.

Vision Works Media Group, Inc. Announces the Opening of New Screen TV's(TM) Completed Broadcast Center All-Digital & Fiber Upgrade in Advance of Pay-TV Revenue Operations Growth Cycle
Thursday September 29, 10:54 am ET

ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 29, 2005 -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Other OTC:VWKM.PK - News) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc., the new independent film-dedicated TV channel, announces the completion of the facilities upgrade at their offices and broadcast center in Orlando, Florida. The upgrade has been completed to support distribution of the company's channel, New Screen TV, to pay-TV operators in advance of the start of pay-TV revenue operations in Q4 of this year (2005).

The company, which broadcasts New Screen TV, has completed the upgrade to their facilities ahead of schedule and under budget. "We are digital at every step of the process now except for the final leg, when we broadcast the signal over WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando," said Mark Astrom, New Screen TV's President. "In addition to being all-digital, we utilize fiber -- instead of cable -- throughout the facility to guarantee the quality of our transmission."

Rick Erikson, the company's General Manager, added, "We are superbly well-positioned now to take advantage of our state-of-the-art capabilities to distribute our channel to the pay-TV -- fiber-to-the-home, cable, and satellite -- operators across the U.S. This will result in significant and steady-state revenue generation from pay-TV operators, since we will now be paid a fee every month for every subscriber we have, and every month that subscriber base is going to be growing."

New Screen Television, Inc. is in negotiations to distribute New Screen TV to pay-TV operators nationwide. Affiliation agreements and announcements are expected early next week.

New Screen Television, Inc. is a Florida-based broadcasting company that transmits its television service, New Screen TV, to pay-TV operators nationwide and to local Central Florida viewers over-the-air via WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando.

He said they just paid for all those upgrades to enable the station to be broadcast via satellite. He said they were "wired for sound" and could now do anything. From his words they were "superbly well-positioned now to take advantage of our state-of-the-art capabilities to distribute our channel to the pay-TV -- fiber-to-the-home, cable, and satellite -- operators across the U.S. So, we have a station to broadcast from, yet we move anyway. And you know, we kinda smelled a move because of that article we found in the Orlando Business Journal (the one thing that Mark didn't PR). And some of us even speculated it would be to Atlanta in order to be closer to Crawford....nope. Instead we move to a 66 year old building that no doubt was no where near ready for it's new identity as a broadcasting station. That building wasn't designed for such...it was a movie theatre from the 40's...probably nothing was modern. Can you imagine the price tag to buy it, and then fit it up? Nano, way over the 1 mil they got for the station, i'm sure. This sounds just like something a 16 year old would do. Kinda like if you bought your son a used 1995 Honda accord so that he could get to his new job at Krogers. You know, you give him the title, pat him on the back and say "It's all yours son". The son smiles, says thank you, takes the title, and drives to work. Now, three months later, can you guess what the son had done? You guessed it. Sold the Honda for a brand new Mustang Convertible. At pains the father asks what happened to Honda. The son smiles and says that the Honda was the down payment on the Mustang. The note is only 650.00 a month and it will be paid in full in 6 years. Why would the father be upset? Because he knows they are just cars. Both would get the son to work. But the new car costs far more...way more...and it just didn't make sense. But why did the son do it??????? Pride. Why do we have a new station when the old one would have worked just fine for now? You tell me.

Yes...it's all as clear as a digital HD signal now....crystal clear.

BTW - Nano, I'm not trying to be argumentative, or beat us while we are down. I just believe that all the pieces finally make sense. And hey, the argument could me made that perhaps we will pay that new building off soon enough, and then maybe the selling will stop. But then again, we may need a corporate Leer jet to go back and forth from Atlanta, New York, Ocala, and Jamaica.
