Peter, Some of the nations that are receiving aid from us, hate our guts, so why should we continue to finance hatred? As you have, wisely, pointed out, if a country is ruled by a King, Emperor, or other kind of royalty, which quite often is nothing but dictatorship, the people of that nation who need the aid, will never see a penny of it.

One of our budget problems is rooted right here in America. There is rampant fraud in many of the systems that were set up to make our lives better, but are being robbed by fellow Americans. The Medicare system is costing three times more than it should because of fraudulent claims by doctors, hospitals, ambulance companies, and every other aspect of the medical industry. Food stamps are issued to people that make more money than the average American, along with every other kind of personal welfare on the books.

There was a time in America, when the people were ready, willing and able to take care of themselves in every facet of life. Families were solid entities, and those that could, took care of those that couldn't. Those people were rugged individualists, and were the kind of people that built America into the best country in the world. Now, we are faced with a bunch of lily livered, puling, parasites, that believe in the fallacy of the promise of FDR who promised security from the cradle to the grave.

The only way to fix the budget, is to plant the heels of our boots in the dirt, and start pulling back from the idiocy caused by presidents, and congress men, that play fuzz ball with tax payer's money.
