Democrats did not create nor hand Bush the Patriot Act. Bush had enough votes without a single dem voting for it.

If you want to do somethiong about this, pick a congressional fight that matters and fight against the Bushie candidate, no matter who his opponent is, even a GOP moderate. It;'s the rightwing Bushies who are creating all the problems.
