<governments take care of their own... > That's the first rule of government and taxpayers, once they realize that government employees are a different species, will suddenly understand that taxpayers are genetically closer to sheep than are government spivs. Government people have obviously got a mosquito or leech gene contaminating their DNA. DNA reassortment/recombination happens with avian flu so I suppose it happens with other species such as government employees and their supporters in the electorate and the beneficiaries of the largesse.
