Nonsense. Only about 8 million float out of >17 millions total outstanding for BBC until now. And the longest IPO lock out period is usually ONLY one year, as far as I know. So the low float is not due to the willing insider holding, but due to the buyers from those Level 1 insiders (board members) on the 1.5 Market CANNOT sell their shares! And it is estimated that there are as many as 4 million ADR shares out there

Just go to the web site I gave you, a lot of those holders want to sell but could NOT. Those 600k sh. release at the end of 2005 was only for a couple of people who have connections.

And one reason for the seminar conductor lied like that might be because there are still some insiders want to cash out, so they have to fish more victims! And BBC now is also working on listing in HK stock market, so more new shares have to be issued when that happens!

Yes, it is a lawless jungle out there in China, the capitalism in its most nascent form.
