Looks like the middle of Iraq is a little short of oil fields compared to the north and south. So the Shias would get shortchanged if the country was split up. I take it that this is why Bush keeps pushing for 1 Iraq rather than 3 contries? So the civil war continues.

Taro, integration is hardly a new concept. Plus, it's not really the next step in innovation, but just the opposite. It's the result of maturing architectures, since it's only feasible when the technology isn't changing as rapidly as before.
