Having lived in the Bahamas, yes, there are migratory birds. If that's how the bird flu arrived there (if it has) then I'd say there is a pretty good case for bird flu already being in other parts of North America. So I'd expect it to show up in a US mainland state or Canada pretty soon.

Sorry. I started to respond to you thinking that there had been bird flu discovered in Canada and looked to see whether the Bahamas were in the path of migrating birds. During that process, I found out that the Canadian discovery of bird flu had turned out to be wrong. There is no bird flu in Canada.....however, I forgot to delete that statement in my post.

According to the article I posted to you, its not bird flu. They think the birds died of trauma because of hunters shooting their guns, or something else.......I can't remember what.
