I agree. I think the first thing we need to do is get out of the "world politics" business. Focus on getting our act together at home and let the world take care of itself.

I wouldn't be surprised to see another Jimmy Carter come along, someone squeaky clean and moral. The voters have a tendency to over-reach in the opposite direction.
