Not sure where you live, but I am referring to areas where standard track homes have inflated from 75k to 350k. They have nicer features than 40 years ago, but not nearly nice enough to justify the bubble cost.

You are talking about mansions. Perhaps they are in downtown Philadelphia and are missing the bubble, despite the civic lipstick...
