Re "Location, Location, Location" Well, it just goes to show how behind the times those clowns at housepricecrash.co.uk are. housepricecrash.co.uk "Location, Location, Location" is on UK TV right now (GMT 20:36 hrs), and the show is all about DOWN SIZING (First time this topic has shown up), which is all the rage these days. You dump yer 5 bedroom centre of London cash generating wonder home to some bag holders.. (Err um... I mean the next upwardly mobile types who will also make a killing on the property market), and buy a small flat in town that you can nearly swing a cat in (for business purposes) plus dilapidated country house near a freeway you can safely bring your children up in. Kristy and Jeremy are just oozing and oohming about all the value that is out there. It's a buyers market ya know -g-
