No shame here, sorry. As to Anthony's likely experience on cross, that is a prediction I formed from reading the transcripts. Just guessing why Elgindy didn't stand up for himself in court when he had the chance.

As for many people calling him a liar, that is a matter of public record in the transcript and other court proceedings.

My time on Tony's site was brief and accidental. It was my choice to leave, and believe me I am glad I did. Does that affect my views now? Sure, because I left the site when I decided I did not want my reputation associated with the conduct of someone like Elgindy. My opinion of his conduct and character have not improved since then - this was before his FBI games were known to me.

When I am offended by someone's conduct then I see him go to jail twice, I don't tend to maintain a high opinion of the fellow. But then again, I am not a Batman follower so perhaps I just don't fit in that little club, nor do I want to.

No shame in that.
