Now for the most important question, how does that little bugger clean up.

Piece of cake.

There is a drip pan that you line with tin foil. Most of the fat drips down directly into the pan.

There is very little side splatter, and there is a removable heat deflector behind the heating coils that can be run through the dishwasher.

I was a skeptic at first, but I'm sold not.

Waiting to try the thing with some fresh Alaskan Copper River King Salmon this spring (there is a basket to put fish in).
