Saddam had the most pro-women rights out of all the Arabic ME countries.

You are misusing the word "right". Rights are granted to American citizens in the Constitution's Bill of Rights, and Americans have a court system to enforce their rights and penalize those who violate them. There are no such "rights" under a dictatorship. The dictators word is law, and everything else is secondary.

Try to list a single right an Iraqi woman had under Saddam. If Uday wanted to deny her that right, who would prevail, the Iraqi woman or Uday? The answer is Uday, because the Iraqi woman had no rights.
