re LFWK - It doesn't surprise me. I've spoken to the company many times over the past few months. I didn't think they were taking my comments seriously, but maybe they did. Maybe all the calls telling them that it's easier to raise money at .10 or .25 than at .0025 worked in this case? Typically in pink penny land - you get company dumping shares into any rally. This outfit seems to be backing up its words with its money. And they claim to be able to go forward with asset based financing.
