California housing peaked 9 months ago and has stalled and come down since. I can tell because my nextdoor neighbors both put their homes on the market. Ten months ago the first sold at 5% over ask price. The second still hasn't sold despite them bringing down the price 10%. Almost identical homes.

So goes California, so goes the nation.

I already knew that... so what? I already told you that a slow down in the housing market is on its way, everyone knows it, it's common knowledge... didn't you know it? I guess not... the whole point is that it's all part of a normal business cycle, get over it already, you're like a broken record...

Baby boomers are down sizing, bigger homes should become less desirable... this is good, in another year when the housing market turns back up, you'll have had the opportunity of picking up a few homes really cheap... go for it...<g>

BTW, another cut and paste... very nice, next week you'll begin working with clay...
