Realize what you are saying. Even the junk did well there from 83-89'.. But rents versus prices were reasonable. Bet GRM's were way under 10. Of course interest rates were double digits negating that but it did allow for prices to rise as rates fell during the 1980's.. Today the only wind at the back of CA cond owners looking out could be if oil prices took a dive..
