It can buy the fuel on the black market. So they will get one in a shorter time then Hitler. Bush is great

I'd bet that Russia currently missing more weapons grade material than needed for a good number of bombs. US got some missing too. US even got a thermonuclear device lying somewhere off the east coast. -AK
