Bush like his father is expected to land at Carlyle Group where he can make millions using his name without really working for it. Carlyle and the UAE are heavily into each other. It is very likely a delayed payoff to GW is involved in this deal. Why else would GW push it so hard, and pretend he didn't even know about it? GW Bush has a long history of using his last name to get easy money, and he's close to the time when he's going to have to bail out with a golden parachute. Ditto Cheney and Halliburton.
