The whole story has never been confirmed...but it hasn't been proven false either. Therefore it's anybody's guess as to who started this story and who keeps it going: slate.com Orca

It is hard to believe that Orcastraiter just told you the story has never been proven false, yet you don't apologize for claiming it is total BS and Cheney knew so. Obviously, Cheney can't know it is BS as even Orcastrater knows it isn't proven false STILL. Is there a bone in your body that realizes this means the report from Czechosolovakia can be true as always claimed by those behind it? It's hard to believe you don't apologize for claiming ATTA is known to have been in the states at the time of the alleged meeting, when the Article ORCA provided you confirms what I said instead, namely, that ATTA's whereabouts during the time in question are unknown to the U.S. Dan B.
