40 year mortgage is probably a short term solution for some people, people who will be paupers when they retire. Guess it's better than being homeless in a few years.

Even a 40 year mortgage won't help those who lose their jobs or encounter financial conditions that snap their tenuous grasp on their finances.

Another FSBO showed up a block away in the last 24 hours.
